The Cafe Assistant must have a friendly and engaging personality and be comfortable working with members of the general public. They need to be confident, helpful, polite and physically fit as they will be on their feet most of the day. They must have a comprehensive understanding of the sales areas they work in: such as retail, food and beverage, fast-moving inventory, etc. Most importantly, they must be able to work as part of a team.Good verbal communication skillsKnowledge and certification of hygieneSome heavy liftingThe ability to stand for at least 8 hours
