Requirements
  • Have 01+ years of experience in recruiting & HR operations
  • Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Familiarity with pertinent recruiting platforms and tools (LinkedIn/Facebook and etc.)
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems
  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
  • Must be comfortable working in an agile environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Deep understanding of employment laws and regulation

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline through various sourcing methods, screen resumes and applications, perform phone screenings, manage the entire interview process, conducting reference checks, selection, and closing process
  • Manage the pre-onboarding, onboarding, and new hire process.
  • Need to keep track of the leaves/medical leaves/payroll related reports of all the employees and keep a record by maintaining it throughout.
  • Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure all employees feel connected, engaged, and valued
  • Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues
  • Maintain accurate records and data related to HR functions and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies
