Digital Product Manager will be responsible for guiding the development and implementation of digital solutions. You'll focus on addressing customer needs effectively, leveraging data-driven insights, Lean Startup methodologies, and agile practices. The role will ensure maximum value is delivered for the customer and the company.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy Development

  • Develop and articulate compelling product visions and strategies for digital solutions in the automotive sector.
  • Prioritize product features and capabilities based on customer needs, market trends, and data analysis.

Customer Problem Understanding

  • Employ various frameworks to deeply understand customer problems and requirements in the automotive context.
  • Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and utilize feedback mechanisms to gain insights into customer needs and expectations.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Utilize data analytics tools to gather and analyze data relevant to product performance and customer behavior.
  • Make informed decisions based on quantitative data, including user analytics, market trends, and competitive analysis.

Product Backlog Management:

  • Create and maintain a product backlog, ensuring that it aligns with the product vision and business goals.
  • Prioritize and refine backlog items, providing clear descriptions and acceptance criteria.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure product alignment and effective implementation.
  • Communicate product plans and progress to stakeholders at various levels within the organization.

User Experience Focus:

  • Partner with design teams to ensure products deliver exceptional user experiences, balancing functionality with ease of use.
  • Incorporate user experience research and testing to continuously improve product offerings.

Continuous Learning:

  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the automotive and digital landscapes.
  • Engage in continuous learning to enhance skills in data analysis, customer research, and digital product management.
