ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an exciting role that will play a pivotal role in accelerating Qatar Airways’ digital transformation into world-class customer experiences for customers travelling on Qatar Airways global network.

As the VP of Digital Product, you will shape the digital product strategy and roll-out digital products and platforms to deliver digital experiences for Qatar Airways, that takes it to the forefront of the aviation and service industry.

STRATEGIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Create digital product strategies through the use of various platforms, solutions, priorities and partners / stakeholders that deliver on the Qatar Airways Digital Commerce vision and drives successful product delivery and ongoing optimization.
- Align the Digital Commerce, Service and product strategies with both global and regional needs, allowing for global and local nuances to enable effective personalized experiences on every level while delivering economies of scale globally.
- Provide strategic insights, consultation and recommendations to ensure global efforts fully leverage digital platforms through effective merchandising and enhanced booking capabilities.
- Create and nurture the Digital Product Management discipline at Qatar Airways to plan, design and continuously & iteratively bring better digital products/experience to market.

OPERATIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Direct efforts to develop comprehensive dashboards with KPI’s aligned to team, department and digital-wide goals.
- Create an integrated vision that elevates the digital commerce and service experience as well as the customer-associate service interaction to higher levels of digital engagement, customer satisfaction and associate service impact before during and after travel globally.
- Oversee pathway analysis, partnering with Product, Research and Measurement & Analytics teams to implement a pragmatic approach to drive revenue optimization.
- Represent Qatar Airways as an industry expert and present Digital product strategy and results at key external/internal updates to drive a digital-first and outcome-driven mindset.
- Direct a team of product managers to maximize on digital channel performance, through personalization, business needs and business strategy.
- Partner with IT, Corporate Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Loyalty teams to validate, refine, orchestrate, and fulfill the roadmap for Digital. Innovate and iterate on both new concepts as well as existing platforms, products & features to advance the roadmap.

**Qualifications**:
ABOUT YOU

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 10+ years of job-related experience in Marketing, eCommerce, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance or related field.
- MBA or advance degree in e-Commerce/Technology management is desirable.
- 12 total years’ work experience (with 5+ years Digital Commerce experience) is strongly desired.

JOB EXPERIENCE
