We are seeking Telecallers to join our team and assist with our outbound and inbound customer calls. The ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a strong customer focus.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to customers to promote our products or services
  • Handle inbound calls from customers and provide information, resolve issues, and address concerns
  • Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and identify potential areas for improvement
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls made and received
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales and call volume targets
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve call center performance and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product or service offerings, industry trends, and customer needs

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree preferred
  • Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong customer focus and ability to handle customer concerns and complaints in a professional manner
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software
