Role Purpose

As Quant is a growing company in the field of Data Science and AI, it aims to maintain strong and robust legal practices that enables it to conduct its activities securely and in a legally compliant Hence, the Legal Specialist should assist in a range of legal and admin responsibilities, which includes preparing contracts, liaising legal consultations, and maintaining governance and company policies and


Responsibilities and Duties

Compile, proofread and revise drafts of legal documents and processes and track legal tasks and

Assist with updating company contracts, such as employment contracts, service contracts,

Handles the day-to-day legal

Liaise with law firms and partners to perform a variety of legal requirements of the

Be actively involved in legal functions and maintaining the administration processes related to

Provide support in handling disciplinary and grievance

Support the development and implementation of company compliance policies and

Ensure implementation of legal compliance requirements as per government standards and

Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be


Authority Matrix

Staff Authority is granted to the Legal Specialist, which consists of the right to advise or assist the company staff in the field of his domain of operations whenever requested to improve the performance of their

Reporting via Zoho One G Suite Microsoft Office

Signing authorities are limited to internal communications, announcements, operations related decisions (provided the COO approval)

Reporting Manager: Operations Manager

Responsible for: personnel ranking grade 2 and lower in the Legal Unit, including interns and co-op


Communications Matrix

Internally: senior management, staff

Externally: clients, leads, vendors, governmental officials, strategic business


Operating Environment

Indoor office environment with full

Workstation provided, including computer equipment and

Lounge available for leisure breaks and

Kitchenette and snacks are

Nearby services and outlets are available (banks, markets, cafes, restaurants, among others).


Working Hours

Full Time, consisting of 40 hours per week, from 9:30 am to 6:30

Weekends consist of Friday and (Saturday might be required at times based on the workload)

National holidays include Eid Al-Fitr, Eid Al-Adha, the Saudi National Day, and the Saudi Founding

Annual vacation for 22 working



Requirements

Academic Prerequisites:

Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Law or any related
