**Responsibilities**:

- Warmly greet guests as they arrive at the country club, providing a friendly and personalized welcome.
- Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are seated comfortably, taking into account their preferences and any special requests.
- Maintain a waitlist during peak dining hours, managing seating arrangements efficiently and courteously.
- Provide menus to guests and answer any questions they may have about the menu items or specials.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure prompt and accurate service to guests.
- Monitor the dining area to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Assist with coordinating special events or private dining reservations, including setup and decoration of the dining area as needed.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and discretion, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Uphold the country club's standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a hostess or in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds in a friendly and professional manner.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of basic food and beverage service is preferred.
- Fluency in English

Pay: QAR5,000.00 per month
