We are representing and distributors of Itely Hairfashion in Qatar, a luxury, High quality and international Brand

**Job Type**: Full Time

**Salary range: 3,500 QR to 5,500 QR**

Special: Commission applicable after probation period.

**General Summary and Scope**:
Follow Plans implemented for sales and marketing activities to meet the company targets for retention growth and profitability, and to contribute to the executive management of the company.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.

2. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

3. Establish, Maintain, and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal relationship, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer and satisfaction

4. Prioritize sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business objectives.

5. Create business portfolio to customers to expand the market share of our brand as well as diversification of activities in line with the company sales strategy.

6. Use customer and prospect contact activities tools, and update relevant information held to stay tuned with continuous change of the market.

7. Provide report contain market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information to the management as per the agreed predefined timetable to support being ready to react and adjust course of action and strategy accordingly.

8. Support local marketing activities to agreed timescales, and integrate sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, e.g. product launches, promotions, advertising, exhibitions and telemarketing.

9. Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.

10. Record, analyze, report, and time management according to systems and requirements.

11. Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to maintain new customers and sustainable relationships.

12. Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings within the company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development.

13. Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques, and skills.

- Must be an excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator.
- Ideal business background would be in: Hair Care, Beauty Industry.

**Requirements and Experience, Education**
- Outdoor B2B hair care and beauty sales: at least 1 year in a well-established organization
- University Graduate, on sale or marketing, in addition to related training courses (preferable).
- Fluent in English and Arabic (preferable), additional language is a plus.
- working experience in Qatar or GCC]
- Client Database is an advantage
- valid QID
- Holding a Qatari Driving License is a MUST
- Valid R.P & NOC

**Salary**: QAR3,500.00 - QAR5,500.00 per month
