**Responsibilities**:
**Culinary Expertise**:Demonstrate exceptional culinary skills and creativity in food preparation.
Collaborate with the Head Chef to plan and create innovative menus.
Ensure the consistent quality of all dishes and adherence to presentation standards.

**Kitchen Management**:Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, ensuring a smooth workflow.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, maintaining cleanliness and organization.
Monitor and manage inventory to control food costs and waste.

**Training and Development**:Train and mentor kitchen staff to enhance their culinary skills.
Conduct regular workshops to keep the team updated on industry trends and new techniques.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

**Compliance and Safety**:Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
Implement and enforce hygiene standards to guarantee food safety.
Handle and store all food items in accordance with sanitary procedures.

**Menu Planning and Execution**:Assist in developing and updating menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Execute menu items efficiently during high-pressure situations.

**Collaboration**:Work closely with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to maintain a cohesive team.
Collaborate with the management team to meet customer expectations and business goals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sous Chef with a valid certificate.
- Must have a NOC (No Objection Certificate) for employment change.
- Strong understanding of various cuisines and cooking techniques.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
