Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning and Sanitizing: Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces. Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, common areas, and other designated spaces.

Waste Management: Empty and dispose of trash and recycling bins. Ensure proper disposal of waste according to regulations.

Surface Care: Clean and polish various surfaces, including windows, mirrors, glass panels, furniture, and fixtures.

Floor Care: Maintain and care for different types of flooring, such as hardwood, carpet, tile, and linoleum. Vacuum, mop, and use appropriate cleaning products for floor upkeep.

Restocking Supplies: Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other essentials in restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.

Specialized Cleaning: Perform deep cleaning tasks on a rotating basis, such as shampooing carpets, washing walls, and steam-cleaning upholstery.

Equipment Maintenance: Ensure cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners, mops, and scrubbers, are well-maintained and in good working condition.

Adherence to Safety and Health Standards: Follow established safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for both oneself and others. Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.

Customer Interaction: Interact with clients, residents, or employees in a professional and courteous manner. Address any cleaning-related inquiries or concerns.

Time Management: Efficiently manage time to complete cleaning tasks within designated schedules.

Attention to Detail: Pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure no area is overlooked during cleaning.

Environmental Awareness: Practice environmentally friendly cleaning methods, such as using eco-friendly cleaning products and minimizing water wastage.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of completed tasks, inventory, and cleaning supplies. Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the appropriate authorities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in professional cleaning or related field.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
