Urgent required _**“Purchasing Coordinator"**_ for our Holding company _**to join Immediately.**_

To handle all activities related to purchasing/ Procurement and to ensure achieving the best terms of quality price and delivery conditions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify vendors and negotiate purchase conditions with approved suppliers.
- Process the purchase request from different companies and departments.
- Follow up with vendors and finalize purchase orders.
- Prepare purchase orders and send it to suppliers
- Monitor delivery of goods, and process payments as per the LPO terms and conditions.
- Provide analytical reports related to the procurement functions.
- Maintain ongoing surveillance of the market, monitors price trends and keep abreast of supplies developments.
- Abide by all group policies and procedures.

**Qualifications, Mandatory to have the below**:

- With minimum 3+ years as Purchasing Coordinator including Qatar market
- With good exposure within Qatar market
- Must be Locally available in QATAR with valid Transferable Qatar ID

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From QAR4,000.00 per month
