Senior Local Purchase Administrator

Doha, Qatar EPC Contractor Full time

We are seeking a Senior Local Purchase Administrator to join our team in Ras Laffan.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage local procurement processes, including vendor selection and order placement.

2. Build and maintain relationships with local suppliers to ensure project needs are met.

3. Ensure compliance with company policies and local procurement regulations.

4. Negotiate terms and contracts to secure cost-effective deals.

5. Monitor supplier performance and resolve any procurement issues.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.

2. Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in the oil and gas industry.

3. Strong knowledge of local suppliers and Qatar’s procurement regulations.

4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

5. Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.

6. Fluent in English

Preferred:
1. Experience in Ras Laffan or similar oil and gas projects.

2. Familiarity with EPC contractors.

4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month
