**Job Title: Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative (Female Arabic Speaking)**

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative who is fluent in Arabic to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the business, as well as delivering exceptional customer service to customers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance.
- Handle customer inquiries, order and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Manage supplier relations and maintain inventory.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations related to the business.
- Perform general clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, and copying.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations.
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in Arabic and English is essential
- Proven experience in administrative support and/or customer service roles, preferably in restaurant, cafes, or food-related fields
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
**Salary**: QAR2,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
