l Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for formulating and revising relevant systems and processes for sales management, and responsible for achieving sales targets in the target area.

2. Organize department personnel to carry out sales order review, sales planning, delivery coordination, returns and exchanges, and other coordination work.

3. Organize and complete the bidding process for various products.

4. Organize and complete sales, payment collection, inventory, and other reports, and follow up on the delivery of standard order products.

5. Organize sales flow, collection, review, and promotion cost accounting, responsible for reconciliation and payment collection of downstream customers.

6. Responsible for the development, management, and maintenance of distribution channels, and provide product-related knowledge training, responsible for the professional training of customer-facing departments.

l Job Requirements:
1. Experience in sales of clinical equipment and consumable products.

2. Able to independently develop customer relationships and have certain customer resources.

3. Have strong stress resistance, business communication and execution skills, work actively, have strong team management skills, negotiation skills, and communication and coordination skills, and a strong sense of responsibility.

4. Can accept business trips within the region.

5. College degree or above, more than 5 years of experience in medical device sales, and more than 3 years of experience in sales team management.
