**Job Summary**:
As a Key Account Manager specializing in Dermatology Devices, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients in the dermatology sector. Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling dermatology devices and technologies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. You will act as the main point of contact between the company and key accounts, providing strategic guidance, support, and driving business growth.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the dermatology industry.
- Understand clients' needs, challenges, and business goals to tailor solutions that align with their objectives.
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and key accounts, ensuring clear communication and effective resolution of issues.
- **Sales and Business Development**:
- Drive sales of dermatology devices by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within existing key accounts.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of dermatology devices.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in dermatology devices and technologies.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and training to key account clients, ensuring they fully understand the value proposition of the company's offerings.
- **Market Analysis**:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and potential threats.
- Analyze market data to formulate strategies that enhance the company's competitive position in the dermatology devices sector.
**Experience**:
- Derma Products: 2 years (preferred)
