**JOB DESCRIPTION: SALES EXECUTIVE**

**Responsible for Sales activities of MaSs company in order to increase market share and carry out direct marketing and sales activities to major accounts in local Qatar Market, in accordance with agreed business plans. Drive new business opportunities and ensure all aspects of project events are properly managed and controlled. Develop commercial strategy and deliver in accordance with the business requirements. Coordinate commercial teams and collaborate with exhibition managers to resolve contractual and commercial issues of event projects which involves contract negotiation, project event planning, and risk management.**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Actively promote and sell MaSs services (Production, Concept, Branding & Promotion, Kiosk, Shop in Shop, Exhibition Stand)

Conduct a telephone sales campaign to lapsed exhibitors and new prospects.

Conduct face-to-face sales to current exhibitors, lapsed exhibitors and new prospects.

To source new companies in these marketplaces from the trade press and competitive events

To actively seek out and follow through effectively on new prospects.

Liaise with Associations and Trade Bodies.

Selling MaSs services (Production, Concept, Branding & Promotion, Kiosk, Shop in Shop, Exhibition Stand)

Develop and maintain long term relationships with current customers and prospects, understanding their business and marketing needs.

To develop and manage the prospect database.

To maintain contact with clients and deliver a high standard of customer service.

To work with other Sales Managers in identifying new opportunities for the event.

To achieve individual and event revenue targets.

Support the process of collecting debt.

Maintain database.

Agencies - sell in and maintain relationships.

Industry Associations - maintain status as a key industry figure and work on special projects.

Overseas Agents - to assist where needed.

Visitors to the show - to deal with on-site queries.

Workshop - to liaise regarding shell scheme and facilities on-site / confirm floor plans etc.

Exhibition administrators - to ensure floor plan, data and bookings are accurate.

Develop Relationships with Clients to establish new contracts.

Create Plans for Business Growth

Develop pricing structures for event projects.

Develop risk assessments for event projects, products to work toward commercial efforts.

Financial planning and budgeting.

Bid on new projects and negotiate contract terms

Reviewing and developing operational process flows

Supporting the Sales and Marketing department by conducting analysis of commercial opportunities

Preparing models to assess future profitability of identified opportunities

Development of financial plans including budgeting and forecasting for the short and long term

Managing budgets, expenses and pricing and commercial arrangements

Lead role in advising around pricing for commercial contracts

Driving efficiencies to ensure contracts remain financially viable and delivered based on the event budget

Managing client accounts

Preparing sales contracts; following company rules and guidelines

Managing records of sales, revenue, and other important data

Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.

Other scope of work may require flexibility, willingness, and ability to adapt change at any circumstances.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

4+ years of GCC experience in the exhibition/events or related industry

Understanding of sales performance metrics

Proficient in managing database and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint &, etc.)

Related industry awareness

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

With strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic (Bilingual)

With outstanding organizational, leadership, and management skills

Driver’s License

Gender: M/F

**Salary**: QAR8,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
