**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that resonate with the Arabic-speaking audience and align with the company's objectives.
- Conduct market research to gain insights into customer preferences, behaviors, and trends within the market.
- Create and oversee the production of culturally relevant marketing materials, including digital content, advertisements, and promotional materials in Arabic.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns across various platforms, ensuring consistency and impactful messaging.
- Manage and maintain the company's website, ensuring content accuracy, SEO optimization, and user-friendliness.
- Utilize social media platforms to engage with the Arabic-speaking audience, build a strong online presence, and monitor customer feedback.
- Liaise with external partners, agencies, and influencers to maximize the reach and impact of marketing initiatives.
- Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and prepare regular reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing strategies to adapt and enhance the company's marketing approach.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing activities and overall business objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on the Arabic-speaking market.
- Proficiency in Arabic language & English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Demonstrated success in planning and executing marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
- In-depth knowledge of Arabic culture, preferences, and communication nuances.
- Strong project management skills to oversee multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for engaging Arabic-speaking customers.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.

**Salary**: QAR11,000.00 per month
