**Responsibilities**:

- **Window Cleaning**: Perform window cleaning duties for high-rise buildings using specialized equipment and techniques, similar to Spiderman's ability to scale buildings.
- **Exterior Surface Cleaning**: Utilize advanced climbing and rappelling skills to clean exterior surfaces of buildings, removing dirt, grime, and other debris.
- **Gutter Maintenance**: Clean gutters and drainage systems of buildings, ensuring proper water flow and preventing blockages.
- **Building Inspection**: Conduct visual inspections of building exteriors for signs of damage, deterioration, or safety hazards, and report findings to appropriate personnel.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to strict safety protocols and guidelines while working at heights, including proper harnessing, use of safety equipment, and risk assessment.
- **Customer Service**: Interact professionally with clients and building occupants, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction with cleaning services.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Maintain and inspect cleaning equipment regularly, ensuring proper functioning and safety.
- **Emergency Response**: Respond promptly to emergency cleaning situations, such as spills or accidents, to minimize damage and maintain cleanliness standards.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Physical Fitness**: Excellent physical condition with the ability to climb, rappel, and work at heights for extended periods.
- **Climbing Skills**: Proficient in climbing techniques and comfortable working on vertical surfaces, similar to Spiderman's agility and dexterity.
- **Safety Training**: Certification in rope access techniques and/or high-angle rescue training preferred.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in commercial or industrial cleaning, particularly in high-rise buildings, is advantageous.
- **Attention to Detail**: Keen attention to detail and the ability to maintain cleanliness and quality standards in all tasks.
- **Communication Skills**: Effective communication skills to interact with clients, coworkers, and building occupants professionally.
- **Reliability**: Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
