**Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**: Supervise a team of Spiderman Cleaners, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure efficient and effective performance of cleaning duties.
- **Training and Development**: Develop and implement training programs for Spiderman Cleaners, focusing on climbing techniques, safety protocols, equipment operation, and cleaning procedures.
- **Performance Management**: Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members, providing constructive feedback and coaching to enhance skills and productivity.
- **Schedule Coordination**: Coordinate work schedules for Spiderman Cleaners, ensuring adequate coverage for cleaning tasks and responding to client requests in a timely manner.
- **Quality Assurance**: Monitor the quality of cleaning services provided by the team, conducting inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed to maintain high standards.
- **Safety Compliance**: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and guidelines, including proper harnessing, use of safety equipment, and risk assessment, to minimize accidents and ensure a safe work environment.
- **Client Relations**: Maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally, and ensuring satisfaction with cleaning services.
- **Equipment Management**: Oversee the maintenance and inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring availability and functionality for the team's operations.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, training sessions, performance evaluations, and safety inspections, and prepare reports as necessary for management review.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Supervisory Experience**: Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a cleaning or maintenance environment, with demonstrated ability to effectively manage a team.
- **Technical Expertise**: Proficiency in climbing techniques, safety protocols, and cleaning procedures relevant to high-rise building maintenance, with the ability to train and mentor team members accordingly.
- **Safety Certification**: Certification in rope access techniques, high-angle rescue training, or relevant safety certifications is highly desirable.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and management, and convey instructions and feedback clearly and professionally.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and time-management skills to coordinate schedules, prioritize tasks, and ensure efficient workflow for the team.
- **Problem-Solving Ability**: Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and resolve issues promptly, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- **Leadership Qualities**: Demonstrated leadership qualities, including integrity, accountability, and the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve goals and objectives.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed to accommodate the operational needs of the team and respond to emergencies or client requests.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative and supportive attitude, with the ability to foster a positive team environment and promote cooperation and teamwork among team members.
