Restaurant Manager (Fine Dining Restaurant)

**Starting salary**: QAR 8,000 to QAR 10,000 (Full package / All in)

**Position Overview**:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations and ensure the overall success of our establishment. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high-quality service, managing staff, optimizing profitability, and upholding our commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Operational Management:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including dining area, kitchen, and bar (if applicable).
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders to ensure adequate stock of ingredients, beverages, and other essential items.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Staff Leadership and Development:

- Interview, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including bartenders, and support personnel.
- Provide guidance and constructive feedback to staff, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional growth.
- Schedule shifts and manage staff rotations to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours and holidays.
- Conduct performance evaluations and address any performance issues or conflicts as needed.

Customer Service and Guest Satisfaction:

- Uphold the restaurant's high service standards, ensuring that guests receive attentive and personalized service.
- Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements based on customer suggestions to enhance the dining experience.

Financial Management:

- Develop and manage budgets, controlling costs without compromising on the quality of food and service.
- Analyze financial data and sales reports to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.
- Implement pricing strategies and promotions to attract more customers and increase profitability.

Menu Planning and Quality Control:

- Collaborate with the culinary team to create seasonal menus and daily specials, considering customer preferences and market trends.
- Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation, ensuring that all dishes meet the restaurant's standards.
- Conduct regular tastings to evaluate food and beverage offerings.

Marketing and Business Development:

- Develop marketing strategies to promote the restaurant, attract new customers, and increase repeat business.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and event planners to generate catering and private event opportunities.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service standards, and customer relations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle various challenges that may arise in a restaurant setting.
- Adept at financial management, budgeting, and cost control.
- Familiarity with restaurant software for inventory management, point of sale (POS), and staff scheduling is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant's operating hours.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: QAR8,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
