- Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and improve customer experience.
- Supervise and guide a team of dedicated professionals to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate with various shareholders, including clients, vendors, and internal departments.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyse data, and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

**Requirements**:
Ø Operational experience in on street & off street Car Park Management

Ø Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Ø Proven experience in parking industry for 10 years and operational experience less than 5 years in car park management or a similar operational role.

Ø Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.

Ø Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ø Effective communication in English (Arabic is preferable) and negotiation skills.

Ø Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Ø Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Ø Knowledge of parking regulations and industry best practices.

**Job Types: Full-time, Permanent**
