Job Title**:Fine Dining Restaurant AREA Manager**

Starting Monthly Salary**:QAR 13,000 (Full package / All in)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple fine dining restaurants within the assigned area.
- Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures across all locations.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, costs, and profitability.
- Hire, train, and develop high-performing restaurant management teams.
- Provide guidance and support to restaurant managers, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Cultivate a culture of hospitality and service excellence across all restaurants.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement measures to address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Collaborate with culinary teams to maintain consistently high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Develop and execute marketing and promotional initiatives to attract and retain guests.
- Develop and manage budgets for each restaurant, ensuring cost control and maximizing profitability.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to ensure optimal pricing and quality.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to food safety, hygiene, and health.
- Maintain accurate records of all operational and financial activities.
- Conduct regular audits to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fine dining establishment.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Excellent financial acumen and analytical skills.
- Deep understanding of the fine dining industry and trends.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and restaurant management software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
