Job Description**:Restaurant Area Manager (Arabic / Eur0pean)**

Starting salary**:QAR 12,000 (Full package / All in)**

**Company Overview**: We are a dynamic and growing restaurant group committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Restaurant Area Manager to oversee multiple restaurant locations within our organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide leadership and strategic direction to ensure the smooth operation of multiple restaurant locations.
- Implement and uphold company policies, procedures, and standards across all areas of operations.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, costs, and profitability.
- Develop and execute action plans to achieve financial targets and maximize revenue.
- Recruit, train, and develop restaurant managers and staff.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and high-performance standards.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality service standards.
- Address customer concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and campaigns.
- Drive initiatives to attract and retain customers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, licensing laws, and other legal requirements.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Oversee inventory control and supply chain processes.
- Optimize inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure product availability.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Area Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, financial management, and customer service principles.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Solid understanding of marketing and promotional activities.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is a plus.

**Salary**: From QAR12,000.00 per month
