_**We are looking to hire an Arabic female tele sales agent for a facility management operation**_

**Duties**
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the product or service
- Introduce the organization's products or services to customers in order to follow up with further steps of the sales process
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team and technicians when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the CRM system
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Receive calls and answer customer’s request

**Skills**
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
- Ability to stay professional and focused in stressful situations

**Requirements**:
High school degree

Good English communication level

Previous experience as tele sales operator

**Salary**: 4000 Qr + commission

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: QAR4,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Arabic (preferred)
