Starting Monthly Salary**:QAR 3,000++ OR QAR 4,200** (Full package / All in)
**Senior** Chef de Partie: QAR 3,500++ OR QAR 4,700 (Full package / All in)

**Overview**: As a Chef de Partie, you will play a pivotal role in our culinary team, working closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen. Your exceptional culinary skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the creation of exquisite dishes that exceed our guests' expectations. The Chef de Partie is responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, supervising commis chefs and demi chefs, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality food.
**Responsibilities**:
Culinary Excellence:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with precision and attention to detail, adhering to the recipes and plating guidelines set by the Sous Chef and Executive Chef.
- Demonstrate expertise in the assigned section, which may include hot or cold appetizers, main courses, desserts, sauces, or other specialized areas.
- Maintain a deep understanding of ingredients, flavors, and culinary techniques to deliver exceptional and innovative dishes.
Section Supervision:
- Oversee the work of commis chefs and demi chefs working in the assigned section, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Ensure that all kitchen staff within the section adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Coordinate with other sections and the Sous Chef to ensure seamless teamwork and efficient kitchen operations.
Food Preparation and Organization:
- Assist in the preparation and organization of mise en place, ensuring that all ingredients and equipment are ready for service.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients in the assigned section and notify the Sous Chef of any shortages or stock requirements.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain cost-effective practices in the assigned section.
Quality Control:
- Conduct regular quality checks of dishes in the assigned section to maintain consistency and presentation standards.
- Address any discrepancies or issues promptly, working with the kitchen team to rectify them.
Kitchen Hygiene and Safety:
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, following proper sanitation and hygiene practices.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring all kitchen staff within the section do the same.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the Sous Chef or relevant authority.
Menu Development and Creativity:
- Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in developing new dishes and menu items.
- Contribute creative ideas and suggestions to enhance the menu offerings and guest experiences.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or relevant culinary role.
- A strong passion for cooking and a thorough understanding of various culinary techniques and cuisines.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively supervise kitchen staff.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
