They are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide efficient and comprehensive support to the executives. **Responsibilities**:
- **Calendar Management**:
- Organize and manage the daily schedules of executives.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- **Communication**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- **Documentation and Record Keeping**:
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.
- Organize and maintain filing systems.
- **Travel Coordination**:
- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective travel arrangements.
- **Meeting Support**:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare meeting agendas and take accurate minutes when required.
- **Task Prioritization**:
- Assist in prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines.
- Anticipate needs and proactively address potential issues.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Handle general administrative tasks, including expense reports and invoicing.
- Coordinate special projects and events as needed.
- **Confidentiality**:
- Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Familiarity with Doha and the local business environment is a plus.
