**Personal Assistant**

Reporting to : Managing Director

**English and Arabic** languages proficiency

Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent field of study

Good knowledge of technical items and astute in office administration

**2-3 years' experience in the same field**

The Personal Assistant ensures that the office operates smoothly and efficiently. Their duties and responsibilities usually include overseeing administrative staff members, receiving & directing visitors and handling or delegating basic office tasks.

Strong coordination and people management skills

Well versed with basic computer systems and inventory management

Excellent, proven interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

**Administrative Tasks**

Maintaining office policies and managing health and safety procedures.

Keeping records of office expenditure and timely inventory management of office supplies and staff canteen supplies.

Meeting, conference and event planning.

Travel management of the company

Reporting office progress to senior management and working with them to improve office operations and procedures

**2. People Management**

Overseeing the work of all office employees to ensure they work productively and meet deadlines and company standards

Interviewing and training new office administrative employees

**3.Other Functions**

The ability to multitask and work well under pressure, as well as setting your own deadlines.

Working and coordination with multiple departments at a professional capacity

The management reserves the right to change/extend this statement if necessary, at any point of time employment. The holder of this statement can be asked to take on other tasks in addition of the ones in a reasonable framework.
