We are currently seeking a professional and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Guest Service Agent/Night Auditor at our prestigious 4-star hotel. This role is essential in delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift.

**Responsibilities**:
**Guest Services**:

- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and provide personalized service throughout their stay.
- Efficiently handle guest check-in and check-out procedures with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience

**Night Audit**:

- Conduct nightly audits to reconcile daily transactions, including room revenue, cash, and credit card payments.
- Ensure the accuracy of financial records and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Generate and distribute comprehensive reports summarizing hotel occupancy, revenue, and other key metrics to management.
- Monitor security systems and perform routine checks of hotel premises to maintain safety and security standards.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain detailed and accurate guest records, including reservation details, special requests, and preferences.
- Complete end-of-shift paperwork and reports accurately and efficiently.

**Customer Service Excellence**:

- Exemplify the highest standards of customer service and professionalism in all interactions with guests and colleagues.
- Anticipate guests' needs and proactively address any issues or concerns to ensure a memorable and enjoyable stay.
- Collaborate with other departments to exceed guest expectations and deliver exceptional hospitality experiences.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- A passion for delivering outstanding service and creating memorable guest experiences.
