**Full job description**
- Greet students, parents and visitors who enter the Center, address concerns from families and answer questions for guests.
- Providing administrative support to management by managing their calendars and arranging meetings with staff members.
- Maintains a record of important documents
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role
- Proficient in MS Office and “back-office” software (e.g. ERP)
- In depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures as well as technical vocabulary of relevant industry
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
- Integrity and confidentiality
- Degree in business administration or relative field
- Bilingual(English/Arabic)
- Must have experience as Receptionist / Admin or similar role in a School / Nursery in Qatar.
- Available in Qatar with valid RP
- Able to join immediately
