Quality & Patient Safety Manager (Healthcare)

Responsible for overseeing the hospital's quality improvement programs and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards.
- Leading quality initiatives, monitoring performance metrics, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to enhance patient safety and care outcomes.
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality improvement programs and initiatives across all hospital departments.
- Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and recommend evidence-based interventions.
- Implement and oversee patient safety programs, including incident reporting systems, root cause analyses, and corrective action plans.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for hospital leadership, accreditation bodies, and other stakeholders.
- Develop educational materials and conduct workshops or seminars to promote continuous learning.
- Collaborate with medical, nursing, and administrative staff to ensure alignment of quality goals with hospital operations.
- Engage patients and families in quality improvement activities to enhance patient-centered care.
