**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Analyze and assess current healthcare processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with department heads to establish and maintain effective quality control measures.
- Lead initiatives to enhance patient safety, including the investigation of adverse events and implementation of preventative measures.
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators related to quality and patient safety, providing regular reports to management.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on quality assurance, patient safety, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between the organization and regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with all applicable standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a quality management role within a healthcare setting.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Certification in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) is a plus.
