As the Administrative Assistant - Handover Specialist, your main objective is to ensure a seamless transition of properties to owners while upholding strict confidentiality. This includes overseeing handover policies and procedures and ensuring accurate and timely completion of all documentation and processes. Your role demands meticulous attention to detail and effective communication skills to provide exceptional service to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide necessary administrative support to the property management team.
- Facilitate effective communication between property owners, tenants, and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate and manage the handover process for properties managed by the company.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Ensure adherence to handover policies and procedures, including document preparation and review.
- Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as required.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably possess a Bachelor's Degree in business administration or a related field.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within property management or real estate.
- Strong organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail.
- Demonstrated proficiency in communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is crucial.
- Possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 per month
