Job Title**:Junior Barista-Bartender**

Monthly Salary**: QAR 2,000** plus FREE shared accommodation and transportation

**Responsibilities**:
**Barista Responsibilities**:

- Prepare a wide range of coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and cold brews, adhering to strict quality standards.
- Operate coffee equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders, with expertise and precision.
- Maintain a clean and organized coffee bar area, including equipment, supplies, and workstations.

**Bartender Responsibilities**:

- Craft and serve a variety of mocktails, and other alcoholic beverages with creativity and flair.
- Develop and maintain an innovative mocktail menu that reflects current trends and guest preferences.
- Mix and pour drinks accurately and efficiently, following recipes and specifications.
- Keep the bar area clean and organized, including stocking supplies, garnishes, and glassware.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as both a Barista and a Bartender, with a demonstrated ability to excel in both roles.
- Strong knowledge of coffee beans, roasting processes, brewing techniques, and coffee equipment.
- Proficiency in mixology, cocktail preparation, and a solid understanding of cocktail ingredients and techniques.
- Creative flair and an ability to design unique and visually appealing coffee beverages and cocktails.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and informative manner.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering consistently high-quality beverages.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and precision.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage preparation.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A passion for continuous learning and staying updated on beverage trends and industry advancements.

**Salary**: From QAR2,000.00 per month
