**Job Overview**: We are seeking a versatile and skilled Barista-Bartender to join our team, blending the artistry of coffee preparation with the craft of mixology. This role combines the precision of crafting exceptional coffee beverages with the creativity of a bartender, ensuring a unique and enjoyable experience for our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Expertly prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, and specialty drinks.
- Craft and serve non-alcoholic beverages with attention to quality and presentation.
- Have a thorough understanding of both the coffee and mocktail menu.
- Provide recommendations to customers based on their preferences and offer suggestions for pairings.
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by delivering high-quality beverages and service.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the coffee and bar stations.
- Adhere to health and safety standards for food and beverage handling.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
- Contribute to the development of new coffee and cocktail recipes.
- Stay informed about beverage trends and incorporate innovative ideas into the menu.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a barista and/or bartender is required.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and an understanding of different coffee bean varieties.
- Proficiency in preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional beverages.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.

**Salary**: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,200.00 per month
