We are looking for an **Assurance & SHE Division Manager** for one of our Clients:
**Duration : 24 Months**
**Location : Qatar, Onshore**
**Work Schedule : 6 days a week / 10 hours a day**

Job Purpose
- Manage project assurance and performance of internal and external organizations including Safety, Health, Environment and Quality.
- Manage the Quality Management program and ensure that quality programs and procedures are implemented.
- Establish and maintain quality surveillance programs in accordance with COMPANY contract requirements, international codes, standards, specifications and best practices.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelors' degree in Engineering or equivalent.**:

- **
Qualification in auditing and equipment inspection is preferred including formal certification or accreditation.**:

- **
Demonstrable technical competency in the field of Quality Management working in client role on major production facilities projects is required.**:

- **
15 years of Quality Management related experience of major international projects in Oil & Gas projects in assignments of increasing responsibility, complexity and scope.**:

- **
5 years of experience as a Project Quality Manager or equivalent experience in management of project quality systems and auditing quality management systems**:

- **
Experience with EPC contractors, sub-contractors and vendors involved in the oil and gas industry and knowledge of both onshore and offshore quality issues.**

Key Job Accountabilities
- Establish and maintain Quality processes, procedures and initiatives which includes project improvements, audits, evaluation in addition to working with contractors and vendors management to improve performance and reduce non-productive time.
- Control all Health, Safety, Environment and Quality aspects of the project by being single point of contact and liaising with both internal and external organizations, as required.
- Coordinate with external Regularity/Government organizations to obtain the required Project licences.
- Play a key role on Project Assurance by assisting Project, Business, Engineering, Execution and Construction Managers to achieve full compliance with project deliverables.
- Develop and establish effective QA/QC, Risk, Safety & Environmental management procedures and tools, maintaining detailed records and documentation throughout the project.
- Participate in contract reviews to ensure adequate QA/QC, Safety & Environment control and work procedures are established and followed throughout project duration.
- Lead and manage clear communication and reporting lines for all matters pertaining to project performance adhering with COMPANY Project Management requirements.
- Provide business support to project management team by deploying sufficient and qualified resources and ensuring administration and monitoring of project contracts is centralized through SAP.
- Implement project audit schedules and integrates PMT participation in the project audit program, monitors audit findings to resolution and closure.
