Overview

Responsible for leading and executing the strategic roadmap for cloud adoption. Facilitate the cloud architecture design thinking across the ICT department while nurturing a culture of continuous cloud transformation, technology modernization, innovation, and digitalization for the business.

**Responsibilities**:
Oversee cloud migration strategy, cloud solutions, solutions implementation initiatives and projects by converting / translating the technology requirements and business needs into the cloud architecture and designs aligned with the ICT strategy.
Manage and utilize the Cloud Adoption Framework and the Cloud Application Readiness Assessment Tool for cloud adoption to ensure the right solutions are being delivered.
Implement cloud strategies by navigating complex cloud environments and service models, reporting, and recommending on the infrastructure readiness, providing guidance to the ICT teams while ensuring cloud systems stay up to date and run smoothly.
Provide technical advocacy in the design and development of cloud enterprise architecture services and components.
Assess and validate new cloud services and architecture patterns suitability to the strategic roadmap and the target technology landscape.
Evaluate and propose third-party products or solutions to automate and expedite the cloud delivery
Design and oversight the development of cloud services.
Design, develop and implement the cloud systems and infrastructure architecture.
Provide cloud solution and architecture technical consulting expertise.
Design cloud architecture standards, guiding principles and building blocks.
Design and propose for cloud platforms.
Qualification/Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an appropriate Engineering/Business field.
A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in enterprise IT environment, with least 7 years of demonstrated cloud technology design and implementation specifically in Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Data Center as a Service (DCaaS) and/or SAP HANA migration and transformation.
Professional certifications i.e., Microsoft Azure, Google, AWS & Cloud Security etc.
Excellent working knowledge and exposure of cloud orchestration in enabling the automation for maintenance of certain areas of cloud infrastructure.
Possess good understanding of virtualization with the ability to articulate and rationalize the provisioning of virtual machines efficiently and integrate them with cloud technologies.
Good understanding on the spectrum of operating systems that available in the complex enterprise cloud ecosystem. Examples include Windows, Linux, etc.
Possess good knowledge and ability to design the infrastructure with enterprise data security and identity and access management requirement.
Good working knowledge of programming languages including C#, Elixir, Ruby, Python, etc.
