**Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Google Workspace Specialist with 5-6 years of expertise in large-scale migration projects from Office 365 to Google Workspace. As a Google Workspace Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing the migration process, ensuring a seamless transition for our customers both for green field as well as brown field implementations of workspace. Your primary focus will be on planning, implementing, and supporting the migration of systems and data from Office 365 to Google Workspace for customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Migration Planning: Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements, system dependencies, and data migration needs for transitioning from Office 365 to Google Workspace.
- Data Migration: Lead the migration process, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL), to ensure the accurate transfer of data from Office 365 to Google Workspace.
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve technical issues related to the migration process, system compatibility, data integrity, and user access.
- Documentation and Reporting: Document migration processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps, as well as prepare regular progress reports and post-migration analysis.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, project managers, and stakeholders, to ensure effective communication, coordination, and knowledge sharing throughout the migration project.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, security standards, and organizational policies during the migration process.

**Requirements**:

- Expertise in Migration: In-depth knowledge and expertise in planning, executing, and supporting large-scale migrations from Office 365 to Google Workspace, including data migration and system configuration.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with migration tools, ETL processes, data mapping, and troubleshooting techniques for both Office 365 and Google Workspace.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders, end-users, and technical teams.
- Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve migration-related issues and challenges.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure data accuracy, system compatibility, and adherence to migration timelines.
- Continuous Learning: Proactive mindset and willingness to stay updated on Google Workspace features, migration methodologies, and industry trends.
