**Key Responsibilities**
- **Recruitment and Onboarding**:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies and procedures.
- **Employee Relations**:

- Address employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- **Performance Management**:

- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of performance appraisal systems.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement and career development.
- **Policy and Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
- **Training and Development**:

- Identify training needs and organize appropriate learning and development programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
- **Payroll and Benefits Administration**:

- Support the payroll process by ensuring accurate employee data.
- Manage employee benefits, including leave, insurance, and other entitlements.
- **HR Administration**:

- Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
- Prepare reports and analytics related to HR metrics.
- **Workforce Planning**:

- Assist in forecasting staffing needs and developing workforce plans.
- Support succession planning initiatives.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an HR role.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
