**About Us**: We are a high-end restaurant and hospitality business based in Qatar, dedicated to providing exceptional dining experiences and hospitality services. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Recruitment Specialist with background in the restaurant and hospitality industry to join our HR team.
**Job Overview**: The HR Admin Assistant / HR Executive / HR Generalist is responsible for managing and maintaining employee records, overseeing timekeeping and payroll processing, handling HRIS (Human Resource Information System), and performing various other HR functions to support the HR department. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently and contribute to a positive workplace environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and update employee files and records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Ensure all employee information is accurately recorded and confidentially stored.
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing necessary documentation.
- Oversee and manage the timekeeping system to ensure accurate tracking of employee hours.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll, ensuring timely and accurate auditing.
- Address and help in resolving payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies.
- Input and manage employee data in the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Generate reports and provide data analysis as required by the HR Head.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HRIS upgrades and improvements.
- Support employee relations activities, such as organizing employee engagement initiatives and addressing employee concerns.
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Coordinate and manage HR-related projects and events.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- Knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
