About your Job:
Key accountabilities include:
- Expert level knowledge and experience on Cisco Firewall (ASA, Firepower), Checkpoint Firewall, FortiGate Firewalls, and Palo Alto firewalls- WAN Optimizing solution- Web Gateway Solutions- Forward & Reverse Proxy- Advanced threat protection- Pulse Secure SSL VPN and Cisco Anyconnect VPN- IPS- DDoS Mitigations- Enterprise level Anti-virus & Anti-malware solutions- Web Application Firewall- Implement recommended actions based on regular configuration reviews, vulnerability and penetrations test reports to mitigate the risks of cyber threats- Ensures processes and standards operating procedures (SOP) are documented, reviewed and updated on regular basis.- Support the 24x7 operations and provide technical support for the Network & Security Infrastructure by attending to Incidents, problems as well as performing system administrative activities.- Manage service delivery by making sure all IMs, PMs, Change Request and IT SR are executed as per agreed SLA to avoid any escalations.- Provide root cause analysis report with permanent resolution/workaround for high severity incidents within defined SLA- Ensure all established IT infrastructure library (ITIL) processes and procedures are implemented and adhered for standardized Services and support across IT platforms, to enhance and improve IT service provisions, stability and predictability.- Ensure preventive maintenance are conducted by the vendor at regular intervals- Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis- Had experience from Enterprise and Data centre class networks and operations.- Well versed with Azure Cloud Networking with hands on experience in configuring ExpressRoute, Virtual Network Gateways, VNETs, Peering, UDR, Azure Load balancer, Azure Traffic Manager and deploying third party security NVAs in Azure

Qualifications

About you:

- Bachelor Degree in Computers/IT/Communications/ Electronics
- Certifications such as CCSA, CCSE, CEH and CCNA are required
- Minimum 10+ years of job-relevant experience required
- Strong hands-on experience on CheckPoint, Cisco Firepower, FortiGate, Broadcom PacketShaper, Allot Secure Gateways, IPS and Arbor Technologies.
- Working experience is deploying and managing Azure network services
- Working experience in deploying and managing large enterprise Network Security infrastructure
