**Job Summary**:
**Duties & Responsibilities, but are not limited to**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the steel and metal industries.
- Identify and prospect potential clients, including contractors, fabricators, manufacturers, and construction companies, to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication, product presentations, and technical demonstrations.
- Understand client requirements and specifications to recommend suitable steel and metal products and solutions that meet their needs.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and pricing to secure orders and contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, production, and logistics, to ensure timely delivery of products and services and resolve any customer issues or concerns.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities within the steel and metal industries, providing insights and recommendations to support business growth.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote company products and services and expand professional network.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, tracking key performance indicators and identifying areas for improvement.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales and business activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales within the steel and metal industries, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Excellent knowledge of steel and metal products, manufacturing processes, and industry standards and specifications.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to clients.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels.
- Proactive and self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and exceeding client expectations.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects concurrently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
