Position: FEMALE - Admin Officer
- Perform general administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Administer policies and procedures, including handling records in compliance with privacy legislation.
- Coordinate office services such as accommodation, equipment, supplies, and security.
- Assist in budget preparation, maintain inventory, and implement budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records, including filing and document organization.
- Support HR functions, including onboarding and record-keeping.
- Solve day-to-day issues to facilitate a productive work environment.
**Qualifications**
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Data analytical skills in the use of Power BI and advanced Excel are required.
Proven experience in administrative roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in office software (e.g., MS Office).
Familiarity with budgeting and record-keeping.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
