**The Role**
As the Director of Hospitality Services, Losail International Circuit Events, your contribution to the organization will be to ensure an above and beyond experience for hospitality guests at the Formula 1 Qatar Airways Qatar Grand Prix and the MotoGP Grand Prix of Qatar.

You will develop and manage all hospitality areas for events held at the Losail International Circuit for which QuintEvents is the Official Hospitality Management Provider. This includes but is not limited to conceptual design, venue design, development, and delivery, catering delivery and management, fit out supplier management, budgeting and inventory, infrastructure, safety and security, access control, and staffing.

You will have deliverables to both internal and external stakeholders. External stakeholders include but are not limited to Lusail Circuit Sports Club (LCSC), Losberger DeBoer (venue supplier), W Doha (catering), Formula1®, and Global Partners.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead product design efforts with LCSC to establish and clearly define quality standards and project expectations.
- Document and track agreed project metrics.
- Manage and lead all supplier relationships and partnerships on behalf of LCSC.
- Establish and maintain project timelines to be ready for Formula 1 Qatar Airways Qatar Grand Prix and the MotoGP Grand Prix of Qatar and meet established quality standards as agreed by QuintEvents and LCSC.
- Build detailed budget based on overall financial targets for project.
- Manage project to budget accordingly. Align to and follow QuintEvents process for financial management.
- Work with existing partners/vendors to deliver to established budget and quality standards.

- Utilize internal resources for efficiencies and economies of scale where applicable.
- Work with LCSC, vendors, and local regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all required permits, regulations, etc.
- Recruit, train, and manage any additional required staff such as housekeeping, hostesses, etc.
- Hire and develop quickly to meet event execution plans
- Develop and document detailed operational plans to ensure seamless execution and future repetition.

**Requirements**:
Education and Experience
- 8+ years progressive experience in event planning and management
- Motorsport experience strongly preferred
- Venue opening experience strongly preferred
- Official service provider experience strongly preferred
- Experience working in Doha strongly preferred
- Eligibility to work in Qatar with established work visa strongly preferred
- 4+ years experience managing full-time, part-time, and contract labor
- Proven track record of effective project management
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent business experience

Skills/Abilities
- English proficiency required, Arabic proficiency strongly preferred
- Have directive leadership to assure business results are achieved
- Independent and self-motivated, able to deliver outcomes with little oversight
- Strong cultural understanding of the region and working within a global business
- Have quick decision-making ability in response to changing conditions
- Have strong ability in idea generation and creative thinking
- Strong computer skills, ideally with experience using Microsoft, Salesforce or other CRM type software, and project management software such as Trello

Physical
- Prolong periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
- Requires flexibility to work long hours and weekends, as needed, in addition to having the ability to

travel up to 40%
- Willing and eligible to travel internationally
- Eligible to work in Qatar
