Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and promotions to customers.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through active listening, empathy, and personalized communication.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve overall customer satisfaction and service delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service or customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers of diverse backgrounds.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and creatively to resolve issues.
- Fluency in **English and Arabic** is required.
- A positive attitude, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Care: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- Arabic & English (required)
