**Reports to**: Sales Manager / Sales Director
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Support**:
- Assist the sales team in generating leads and converting them into sales.
- Provide administrative support to sales representatives, including managing schedules, maintaining CRM records, and preparing reports.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, orders, and pricing
- **Customer Communication**:
- Act as the main point of contact between the client and internal departments (production, logistics, etc.).
- Respond to customer inquiries related to product specifications, delivery schedules, and order status.
- Manage customer complaints, returns, or any post-sales issues promptly and efficiently.
- **Order Processing**:
- Ensure all orders are accurately processed and entered into the system, from order confirmation to delivery.
- Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery by coordinating with production, logistics, and shipping teams.
- Prepare and maintain order documentation, including invoices, delivery notes, and sales agreements.
- **Inventory and Stock Coordination**:
- Monitor inventory levels and inform the sales team of stock availability.
- Coordinate with the inventory and production teams to ensure the availability of materials for customer orders.
- **Sales Reporting**:
- Assist in preparing weekly and monthly sales reports, tracking sales performance against targets.
- Provide feedback to the sales team about customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by ensuring excellent service and timely responses to inquiries.
- Follow up on customer feedback to continuously improve service quality and satisfaction.
- **Collaboration with Marketing**:
- Work with the marketing team to promote products and sales campaigns.
- Coordinate promotional activities, trade shows, and marketing events.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a sales coordinator or administrative support role, preferably in the printing and packaging industry.
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
**Additional Requirements**:
- A proactive and customer-focused attitude.
- Knowledge of the printing and packaging industry is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision.
**Working Conditions**:
- Full-time position.
- Office-based with occasional visits to client locations or production facilities.

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
