**Deliver a flawless service to our customers**

Under mínimal supervision provides resolution to a diverse scope and range of complex problems at the well site where analysis of data requires having a broad knowledge of the product line's tools.

As a Field Specialist - Directional Drilling, you will be responsible for:

- Providing resolution to a diverse scope and range of complex problems at the wellsite.
- Acting as a project leader and mentoring junior field engineers.
- Maintaining frequent intra-organizational and external customer contacts with a high degree of professionalism.
- Ensuring work is verified to enable successful customer delivery and sign-off of agreed work objectives
- Developing and demonstrating proficiency in the skill profile required for the delivery of assigned Directional Systems services at the well site

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a technical degree or demonstrable equivalent expertise.
- Have completed advanced technical training and assigned well site development programs.
- Have 7 years experience in Directional Drilling
- Have MTR + RSS experience, Drilling 3D wells & ERD Wells.
- Have good communication and inter-personal skills; excellent customer awareness.
