You will be a part of the HR Transformation function, supporting Business Intelligence Manager in a recently established team tasked with an exciting mission - (1) centralize HR data across all HR business functions and over a variety of robust HR systems, (2) structure the data in a data warehouse and (3) provide insightful information out of the data to assist on the important decision-making front. **Some of your responsibilities in a day to day work will include**:

- Consolidate the data from various sources and transform the data into well-structured information (Oracle, SQL);
- Produce reports and dashboards to present the HR data for a variety of Executives, Team Leads and individual end users (Power BI, Tableau);
- Work on the development of HR’s data warehouse, including (but not limited to) deriving standards for quality data input and automation;
- Be proactive in investigating and recommending ways to improve an all data-related matters - (capturing, measuring, visualizing, automating etc.) for internal efficiency and stakeholder communication;
- Collaborate with HR business partners, promoting the use of analytics and increase evidence-based decisions in HR processes, programs, and policies;
- Identify key metrics and/or indicators to monitor HR organizational health and performance of strategic/workforce plans in alignment with business strategy;
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative opportunity assessments within all areas of HR (e.g. Compensation, Succession Planning, Talent Acquisition, Diversity, Learning, Employee Surveys, Benefit Plans, Leadership Effectiveness, etc.);
- Act as an “internal consultant” by understanding business needs, finding ways to synthesize insights and recommend solutions;
- Manage multiple concurrent projects that require inputs from cross-functional stakeholders while balancing impact on business needs.

**Qualifications**:
**About You**

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join our HR - Management team.
- Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) oriented towards Mathematics, Statistics, Computer/Data Science, Engineering or Economics;
- Minimum 4 years of job-related experience, with large-scale, complex datasets with an emphasis on data reporting and analytics;
- Demonstrate strong knowledge and experience with data reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau) and productivity tools (MS Excel Power Queries);
- Your critical thinking skills are at high level. You are very comfortable with numbers, statistics and data modelling tools with an “eye for details”;
- Able to develop training materials and conduct end-user training sessions where you can elaborate complexed relations in simple terms to your audience;
- Able to work in a team-oriented environment as a strong team-player that is willing to help other team members at all times;
- Not afraid to voice out your opinion that is always based on facts arising from analysis.
- Experience with complex datasets is connected with people data and metrics (e.g. headcount, turnover, recruiting metrics and other people analytics);
- Experience working at a large airline or an organization with 10,000 or more FTEs, ideally in managing BI tools and/or data warehouse development projects;
- Skilled with automation, coding and/or programming skills of data analytics interest (e.g. Python, SQL and Excel Macros)
