2. Faculty members will be responsible for coursedevelopmentandparticipate in curriculum and program development

3. Meet all instructional and advising responsibilities asspecifiedinthe policies and procedures (refer to Part-4 within this handbook)

4. Participate in scholarly and research activities whichenhancetheirprofessional development and contribute to their discipline

5. Serve as appropriate in the department, college and university committees

6. Provide professional services to the University and community Qualifications
- PhD/EdD degree in physical education pedagogy from an internationally recognized university.
- Strong background and demonstrated excellence in teaching relevant fields in Physical Education.
- Competencies in program/curriculum development and evaluations in higher education.
- Experience in collaborating with various stakeholders within a university setting to align programs and study plans with national and international physical education curriculum standards
- A strong record of relevant research experience backed with a consistent record of accomplishment of research productivity.
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective interpersonal and administrative skills.
- Expected to demonstrate excellence in interpersonal behaviors and commit to effective teamwork collaboration with colleagues.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic (both written and verbal) is preferred.
