We are looking for a Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Technical Support, Desktop Support, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role.
Education: Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent. Fluent in English speaking is a must. Good at communication and presentation.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Hands-on experience with Windows client and server OS environments.
- Good understanding of computer, network, storage systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
- Troubleshoot computer peripheral devices: printers, scanners, MDF, monitors, keyboard.
- Setup and install computers for new hire onboarding’s.
- Experienced in troubleshoot issues on end user computing devices, including desktops, laptops.
- History of working in an Active Directory domain environment.
- Proficient at software installs and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Technical documentation skills.
- Shall have knowledge and familiarity of action plans for planned and unplanned changes to the network infrastructure
- Troubleshoot CCTV Camera Systems
Must be Available immediately.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
Expected hours: 8 - 13 per week
