Responsibilities:
Shawarma Preparation: Prepare shawarma meat, marinades, and sauces according to established recipes and standards. Ensure the proper seasoning and marination of the meat for optimal flavor.

Cooking and Grilling: Operate and maintain shawarma grills, ensuring the meat is cooked evenly and to perfection. Monitor cooking times, temperatures, and quality to ensure consistent taste and texture.

Food Safety and Hygiene: Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene standards to maintain a clean and safe working environment. Follow all regulations related to food handling, storage, and sanitation.

Menu Development: Collaborate with the culinary team to create new shawarma recipes and menu items that appeal to customer preferences while maintaining the authenticity of the dish.

Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels of shawarma ingredients, including meat, spices, vegetables, and sauces. Place orders as needed to maintain a sufficient supply.

Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of food products to ensure freshness, taste, and presentation meet the established standards. Address any quality issues promptly and take corrective measures as necessary.

Customer Service: Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking their orders and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Ensure that customers receive their orders accurately and in a timely manner.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to maintain smooth kitchen operations, assisting in other food preparation tasks when necessary. Foster a positive work environment and support fellow team members.

Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, including grills, knives, and preparation surfaces. Report any malfunctions or repairs needed to the appropriate authorities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Shawarma Chef or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant or food establishment.
- In-depth knowledge of shawarma preparation techniques, spices, and marinades.
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent culinary skills, including the ability to handle knives and operate kitchen equipment safely.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with kitchen staff.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to stand, lift, and move heavy objects.

**Salary**: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
